- Where can I use these files?
You may use them on any site that has a valid license for IndexU Deluxe in your name. - How long can I use the templates for?
You may use them forever provided you stay a member of Indexutemplates.com. Once you are no longer a member you can not add the templates to any new site(s), but you may continue to use them on sites they were already properly installed on. - Where are the PSD files for these templates?
At this time no PSD files are required as all of our templates are CSS based. - My template does not work properly after installation.
Simply go to the admin panel and click on Clear Template Cache. If you still have issues then contact support. - I changed my template and now I get a main.css error, why?
A Whenever you change your templates you must go to admin - Clear Template Cache. The only template that uses main.css is Kosmos. The reason you see the error is because the template cache is looking for main.css and it is not needed. - Can I share these templates with others?
No you cannot share them with anyone, even if they have a valid membership. - What version of IndexU will these templates work with?
Our templates work with IndexU v1.1 and are being written to be compatible with the upcoming release of IndexU 1.2. - Will these templates work with IndexU 5.4x or the free version?
No they will not work for any version other than IndexU Deluxe 1.1 or higher. - I have a problem, who do I contact?
